Meet The Eye Doctor

Bobby S. Gill, MD is a native of North Houston and attended Cy-Fair High School and the University of Houston before earning his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB). Dr Gill also completed his residency in Ophthalmology at UTMB. During his residency Dr Gill was awarded many honors including Outstanding Resident of the Year, the Kempner Scholarship, and the Mann Award among others.

Pre-residency, Dr. Gill completed a research fellowship in Cornea & External Eye Disease at UTMB publishing and presenting many scientific papers. Post-residency, Dr Gill completed a fellowship in Cornea & Laser Refractive Surgery at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Gill focuses on comprehensive medical and surgical eye care including small incision cataract surgery and the management of a myriad of eye conditions and diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, ocular allergy & dry eyes.

Dr. Gill has been in practice since 2000 and is a highly qualified eye surgeon. He is held in high regard by his fellow physicians and has garnered the reputation as the “physicians Ophthalmologist.” Many of his physician colleagues have chosen him to perform surgery on them or members of their family. Dr Gills’ bedside manner is calm, thorough and informative and he is committed to building long-lasting relationships with his patients.
